Glucolate understands that some customers will be unsatisfied with our product, so if you’ve ordered something that isn’t quite right for you, simply return the product within 60 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  You should receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the product.
